Abstract
Un sistema de escape diésel que incluye: (a) un tubo (120) de escape que presenta un catalizador (122) de oxidación diésel y un filtro (124) de partículas diésel corriente abajo, (b) un módulo (10) de dosificación que comprende: una carcasa (12) que presenta una entrada (14) de combustible diésel fijada a una fuente de combustible filtrado, una entrada (16) de aire fijada a una fuente de aire filtrado y una salida (18) de combustible / aire de dosificación, un conducto (50) de dosificación fijado a la salida de combustible / aire de dosificación y que presenta una tobera (60) en un extremo distal del conducto de dosificación, estando situada la tobera para pulverizar el combustible diésel dentro del tubo (120) de escape corriente arriba del catalizador (122) de oxidación diésel, una válvula (20) de cierre de combustible y una válvula (30) de dosificación de combustible situadas al menos parcialmente dentro de la carcasa, y una válvula (40) de purga de aire situada al menos parcialmente dentro de la carcasa, en el que la válvula de cierre de combustible y la válvula de dosificación de combustible proporcionan de modo selectivo combustible diésel a la tobera, en el que la válvula de purga de aire purga de manera selectiva combustible diésel desde el conducto de dosificación y la tobera, y (c) una unidad (126) de control electrónico situada al menos parcialmente dentro de la carcasa (12) la cual (i) gestiona la provisión del combustible diésel a la tobera dependiendo de la temperatura del catalizador de oxidación diésel y de la caída de la presión entre la entrada y la salida del filtro de partículas diésel, y (ii) gestiona el estado de la válvula de purga de aire, que suministra el aire de purga para purgar el conducto de dosificación de combustible diésel al final del ciclo de dosificación.
