Abstract

Indolizinas con propiedades de tinte y procedimiento de síntesis de dichas indolizinas.#Se ha descubierto un procedimiento muy novedoso de transformación de indolizinas 1,3-disustituidas en indolizinas 1,3,7-trisustituidas de mayor complejidad estructural que, por su elevada conjugación, absorben radiación en el espectro visible. El tipo de indolizina obtenido es nuevo estructuralmente, presenta coloración naranja rojiza en estado sólido, muestra efecto solvatocrómico y se obtiene selectivamente con buenos rendimientos. La principal particularidad de esta metodología es que los productos se preparan por transformación de un único material de partida, la indolizina, el cual crece estructuralmente a partir de sí mismo mediante un tratamiento ácido/base. Además, el hecho de que se trate de estructuras moleculares nuevas y estas sean solvatocrómicas, deja abierta la posibilidad de estudio de potenciales aplicaciones.Indolizines with dyeing properties and synthesis procedure of said indolizines. # A very novel method of transformation of 1,3-disubstituted indolizines into 1,3,7-trisubstituted indolizines of greater structural complexity has been discovered that, due to their high conjugation, absorb radiation in the visible spectrum. The type of indolizine obtained is structurally new, has solid reddish orange coloration, shows solvatochromic effect and is obtained selectively with good yields. The main feature of this methodology is that the products are prepared by transforming a single starting material, indolizine, which grows structurally from itself through an acid / base treatment. In addition, the fact that they are new molecular structures and these are solvatochromic, leaves open the possibility of studying potential applications.
