Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de elementos de construcción de sándwich para partes de edificios esencialmente portantes y auto-portantes que contiene las siguientes etapas: a) fabricación de al menos una capa de una tela no tejida solidificada e impregnada con un aglutinante a base de al menos un sistema de resina endurecible con calor, a base de recursos que existen en la naturaleza, en particular, cáñamo, lino, yute, sisal, kenaf, algodón y lana y/o mezclas de ellos, b) endurecimiento del sistema de resina endurecible con calor para la producción de al menos una capa endurecida de la tela no tejida de fibras, en el que antes y/o después del endurecimiento se aplica sobre la capa de la tela no tejida de fibras, al menos parcialmente, una estructura superficial y/o se aplica, al menos parcialmente, sobre la superficie de la capa endurecida de la tela no tejida de fibras al menos otro aglutinante a base de al menos un sistema de resina endurecible con calor y se fija térmicamente, c) puesta en contacto de una resina fenólica espumable o espumosa en calor con la superficie modificada de la etapa b) de al menos una capa endurecida de la tela no tejida de fibras, d) dado el caso, atemperación del compuesto fabricado en las etapas a) a c) a temperaturas en un intervalo de 40 a 80 ºC, y e) endurecimiento del otro aglutinante aplicado dado el caso a base de al menos un sistema de resina endurecible con calor en un intervalo de 150 a 200 ºC, dado el caso a presión elevada.
