Abstract

Dispositivo de revestimiento para un automóvil con sistema de iluminación integrado, que comprende: un soporte (14) con un lado B y un lado C, estando incorporada en el lado B del soporte (14) una cavidad (16) con un fondo (16') y presentando el soporte (14) una abertura (22) en la zona o cerca del fondo de la cavidad (16), una unidad de iluminación (18) plana que queda situada a ras en la cavidad (16) en el lado B del soporte (14) y que presenta un cable de conexión (24) que pasa por la abertura (22) hacia el lado C del soporte (14), de tal forma que en el lado B del soporte (14) resulta una superficie plana continua o sustancialmente continua del soporte (14) con la unidad de iluminación (18), y una capa de recubrimiento (20) que en el lado B del soporte (14) recubre la unidad de iluminación plana y al menos una parte de la superficie del soporte (14) y que forma un lado A del dispositivo de revestimiento, siendo la capa de recubrimiento (20) permeable a la luz emitida por la unidad de iluminación (18), caracterizado porque la unidad de iluminación (18) comprende al menos una fuente de luz (34) en forma de punto, especialmente un LED, y un conductor de luz (36) plano, especialmente una lámina de materia sintética transparente, y porque la abertura en el soporte está dimensionado de forma suficientemente grande, de manera que la fuente de luz (34) se puede introducir en el soporte desde el lado C de este.

La figura 46 muestra en una representación isométrica el dispositivo de revestimiento acabado según la invención, estando situados en la figura arriba el lado C del dispositivo de revestimiento y abajo el lado A. A este respecto, la representación se corresponde con la figura 7, pero en esta tercera forma de realización, como ya se ha descrito anteriormente, la capa de recubrimiento (no representada en la figura 46) ya está aplicada sobre el soporte 14 antes de la inserción de la(s) fuente(s) de luz de la unidad de iluminación. De esta manera, la unidad de iluminación en su conjunto se puede mantener mejor y disminuye sensiblemente el riesgo de dañar la unidad de iluminación durante la fabricación del dispositivo de revestimiento.
El cableado del cable de conexión 24, su acoplamiento a un conector 26, a una unidad de control o similar se puede realizar en cada una de las formas de realización una vez que se ha fabricado el dispositivo de revestimiento completo. A continuación, el dispositivo de revestimiento se monta en un automóvil, por ejemplo como techo interior, revestimiento lateral o similar.
Se entiende que los detalles descritos de los ejemplos de realización no tienen que estar contenidos necesariamente en todas las formas de realización de la invención. También se pueden omitir o sustituir características individuales, siempre que no sean necesarias para conseguir el objetivo según la invención.
