Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de material de recubrimiento (1) para piezas de trabajo, con las etapas de: proporcionar un material de base (2) en forma de banda o en forma de tira, alimentar el material de base (2) a una estación de recubrimiento (6), tratar previamente al menos una superficie (3) del material de base (2), aplicar una capa funcional (5) sobre la superficie tratada previamente del material de base (2), pudiendo activarse la capa funcional (5) por medio de una fuente de energía (7) de tal manera que desarrolla propiedades adhesivas, caracterizado por que la al menos una fuente de energía (7) es un láser, y dosificándose a la capa funcional (5) antes de la aplicación pigmentos de color y aditivos para aumentar la capacidad de absorción de energía de la capa funcional (5); enrollar el material de recubrimiento (1) tras la aplicación de la capa funcional (5) tras un enfriamiento al menos parcial de la capa funcional (5) tras la aplicación de la capa funcional (5), y activar las propiedades adhesivas de la capa funcional con el láser, estando adaptado el espectro de absorción de la capa funcional al espectro de emisión de luz en caso de utilizar el láser.
