Abstract
Un aparato para la recuperación de un refrigerante (230) desde un sistema de aire acondicionado (200), comprendiendo dicho aparato (230): - un colector (235) hidráulicamente conectado a una rama de alta presión (221) y a una rama de baja presión (222) del sistema de aire acondicionado (200) con un conducto de alimentación de fluido (101) en dicho aparato (230); - un evaporador (232) dispuesto para separar 10 dicho refrigerante de las impurezas mediante una evaporación de fracciones líquidas residuales de dicho refrigerante, con el fin de obtener un refrigerante purificado que se evapora y eleva hacia una parte superior del evaporador (232) y para obtener impurezas que están concentradas en una parte inferior de dicho evaporador (232); - una unidad de succión (233) para hacer circular el refrigerante purificado que sale de dicho evaporador (232), estando dicha unidad de succión (233) en conexión hidráulica con dicho conducto de alimentación (101) a través de dicho evaporador y la unidad de succión (233) que incluye un compresor; - un condensador (236) en conexión hidráulica con dicha unidad de succión (233), estando dicho condensador (236) dispuesto para condensar el refrigerante que sale desde dicha unidad de succión (233); - un contenedor de almacenamiento (234) en conexión hidráulica con dicho condensador (236), estando dicho contenedor de almacenamiento (234) dispuesto para contener el refrigerante condensado por dicho condensador (236); caracterizado por cuanto que flujo arriba de dicho evaporador (232), está provisto un medio compresor adicional dispuesto en paralelo con dicho conducto de alimentación, estando dicho medio compresor auxiliar configurado para reforzar el caudal de dicho refrigerante que circula hacia dicho evaporador (232) y para servir de ayuda en una reducción de la presión progresiva de dicho refrigerante en dicho sistema de aire acondicionado (200) en cooperación con dicha unidad de succión (233).An apparatus for recovering a refrigerant (230) from an air conditioning system (200), said apparatus (230) comprising: - a manifold (235) hydraulically connected to a high pressure branch (221) and a low branch pressure (222) of the air conditioning system (200) with a fluid supply line (101) in said apparatus (230); - an evaporator (232) arranged to separate said refrigerant from impurities by evaporating residual liquid fractions of said refrigerant, in order to obtain a purified refrigerant that evaporates and rises to an upper part of the evaporator (232) and for obtaining impurities that are concentrated in a lower part of said evaporator (232); - a suction unit (233) for circulating the purified refrigerant leaving said evaporator (232), said suction unit (233) being in hydraulic connection with said supply line (101) through said evaporator and the unit suction (233) that includes a compressor; - a condenser (236) in hydraulic connection with said suction unit (233), said condenser (236) being arranged to condense the refrigerant leaving from said suction unit (233); - a storage container (234) in hydraulic connection with said condenser (236), said storage container (234) being arranged to contain the refrigerant condensed by said condenser (236); characterized in that upstream of said evaporator (232), an additional compressor means provided in parallel with said feed line is provided, said auxiliary compressor means being configured to reinforce the flow rate of said refrigerant circulating towards said evaporator (232) and to assist in reducing the progressive pressure of said refrigerant in said air conditioning system (200) in cooperation with said suction unit (233).
