Abstract
Aparato de aviso de la postura para dormir, que comprende - una unidad de control electrónica (1), - un sensor de detección de la postura corporal (3) conectado operativamente a la unidad de control (1) para detectar la postura del cuerpo, y - un dispositivo de alarma (6, 14) conectado operativamente a la unidad de control (1), en el que, el aparato de aviso de la postura para dormir tiene un modo de funcionamiento normal, en el que, cuando la postura del cuerpo detectada por el sensor se sale de una gama de posturas predefinida, la unidad de control (1) envía una señal de alarma al dispositivo de alarma (6, 14), y el dispositivo de alarma (6, 14) genera una alarma basada en la señal recibida desde la unidad de control (1), para avisar a dicha persona, en el que la unidad de control (1) comprende un temporizador de conciliación del sueño (105) y está programada para cambiar el aparato de aviso de la postura para dormir a dicho modo de funcionamiento normal después de un período de tiempo de conciliación del sueño inicial, caracterizado por que dicha unidad de control (1) está programada para reiniciar el temporizador de conciliación del sueño (115) basándose en una evaluación (112) de una señal de salida del sensor de detección de la postura corporal (3) que determina si la postura del cuerpo detectada está o no en una posición vertical.
