Abstract
Dispositivo (1) para soldadura por resistencia para soldar un componente (15) a una pieza (21), que comprende un bastidor (2) de soporte para una herramienta configura a modo de pinza (3) con dos brazos (4, 5) dispuestos enfrentados y que montan respectivos electrodos de soldadura, de los que un primer brazo (4) es solidario de la pinza y el segundo brazo (5) está montado con capacidad de desplazamiento respecto de la pinza por mediación de un primer actuador (8), estando caracterizado el dispositivo porque la pinza (3) es desplazable respecto del bastidor (2) que la sustenta por mediación de un segundo actuador (9) y de forma que ambos primer y segundo actuadores tienen capacidad de accionarse en coordinación para imprimir a los brazos (4, 5) de la pinza sendos movimientos a lo largo de una trayectoria recta para acercar o alejar a sus electrodos mutuamente entre sí, en el que el primer brazo (4) fijo respecto de la pinza monta un cabezal (10) hueco que define una superficie exterior (11), destinada a recibir el apoyo de la pieza, con una embocadura (12) y que aloja de forma guiada el correspondiente electrodo (13) cuya punta (14) está adaptada para recibir el apoyo del componente (15) en la pieza, pudiendo adoptar el cabezal (10) y el electrodo (13) al menos una posición de espera (A), en la que el electrodo (13) está sumido en el citado cabezal (10), quedando dispuesta la punta (14) del electrodo (13) respecto de la superficie exterior (11) del cabezal (10) una distancia suficiente como para poder disponer entre ellos el componente (15); y una posición de trabajo (B), en la que la punta (14) del electrodo (13) se dispone en o sobrepasa la embocadura del cabezal (10), colocando en consecuencia en el exterior del cabezal (10) el componente (15); en el que el cabezal (10) está sometido al efecto de unos medios elásticos (22) que tienden a disponerlo en una posición de espera (A) con el componente (15) inmediatamente dispuesto en la punta (14) y quedando sumidos la punta (14) y el componente (15) ocultos debajo de la superficie exterior de apoyo, en tanto que ejerciéndose presión sobre dicha superficie exterior de apoyo, el cabezal (10) es desplazable en dirección opuesta al segundo brazo (5) móvil, una distancia suficiente como para que el componente (15) apoyado sobre el electrodo (13) contacte, a través de la embocadura (12) del cabezal, con la pieza (21) que resta aplicada sobre la citada superficie exterior de apoyo; y en el que el dispositivo (1) comprende unos medios de gobierno (23) del segundo actuador (9) y por ende del desplazamiento lineal que se imprime a la pinza (3) respecto del bastidor (2), con instrucciones para ejecutar el desplazamiento de la pinza (3) en dirección a la pieza (21) mientras ésta permanezca inmovilizada con el propósito de que el componente (15) apoyado sobre el electrodo (13) contacte, a través de la embocadura (12) del cabezal (10), con dicha pieza (21) al retraerse la superficie exterior (11) de apoyo del cabezal (10) por efecto del avance de la pinza (3); los medios de gobierno (23) además controlan el primer actuador (8) del segundo brazo (5) mientras se produce el avance de la pinza (3) para retraer la superficie exterior (11) con instrucciones para ejecutar el desplazamiento de este segundo brazo (5) respecto de la pinza (3), en coordinación con el avance de ésta, y en dirección al primer brazo (4) para la inmovilización de la pieza (21).Device (1) for resistance welding to weld a component (15) to a part (21), comprising a support frame (2) for a tool configured as a clamp (3) with two arms (4, 5) arranged facing each other and mounting respective welding electrodes, of which a first arm (4) is integral with the clamp and the second arm (5) is mounted with a displacement capacity with respect to the clamp by means of a first actuator (8) , the device being characterized in that the clamp (3) is movable with respect to the frame (2) that supports it by means of a second actuator (9) and so that both first and second actuators have the ability to act in coordination to print the arms (4, 5) of the clamp two movements along a straight path to bring or close their electrodes mutually to each other, in which the first fixed arm (4) relative to the clamp mounts a hollow head (10) that defines an outer surface rior (11), destined to receive the support of the piece, with a mouth (12) and that houses in a guided way the corresponding electrode (13) whose tip (14) is adapted to receive the support of the component (15) in the piece, being able to adopt the head (10) and the electrode (13) at least one waiting position (A), in which the electrode (13) is plunged into said head (10), the tip (14) being arranged of the electrode (13) with respect to the outer surface (11) of the head (10) a sufficient distance to be able to arrange between them the component (15); and a working position (B), in which the tip (14) of the electrode (13) is arranged in or exceeds the mouth of the head (10), thereby placing the component (15) on the outside of the head (10) ); in which the head (10) is subjected to the effect of elastic means (22) that tend to place it in a waiting position (A) with the component (15) immediately arranged in the tip (14) and the tip being immersed (14) and the component (15) hidden below the outer bearing surface, while exerting pressure on said outer bearing surface, the head (10) is movable in the opposite direction to the second mobile arm (5), a distance sufficient for the component (15) resting on the electrode (13) to contact, through the mouth (12) of the head, the remaining part (21) applied on said outer support surface; and in which the device (1) comprises steering means (23) of the second actuator (9) and therefore of the linear displacement that is printed to the clamp (3) with respect to the frame (2), with instructions for executing the displacement of the clamp (3) in the direction of the part (21) while it remains immobilized so that the component (15) resting on the electrode (13) contacts, through the mouth (12) of the head (10) ), with said part (21) when the outer support surface (11) of the head (10) retracts due to the advance of the clamp (3); the steering means (23) also control the first actuator (8) of the second arm (5) while advancing the clamp (3) to retract the outer surface (11) with instructions to execute the displacement of this second arm (5) with respect to the clamp (3), in coordination with its advancement, and in the direction of the first arm (4) for the immobilization of the piece (21).
