Abstract

Equipo de cría de larvas de insectos que comprende un reactor de digestión de las larvas, con un sistema de alimentación, un sistema de aireación y un sistema de extracción de sólidos. El sistema de extracción de sólidos posee una corriente de aire introducida por la base del reactor, disponiéndose separadores sólido-gas y sólido-sólido tras el reactor. El sistema de aireación comprende un conducto de aireación situado en la parte inferior del reactor, conectado con la cámara de digestión por medio de un difusor con una pluralidad de perforaciones a lo largo de la cámara de digestión. El sistema de alimentación comprende un mezclador de agua y nutrientes y una extrusora del lodo formado. El reactor podrá funcionar en régimen hiperbárico.Insect larvae breeding equipment comprising a larval digestion reactor, with a feeding system, aeration system and a solids extraction system. The solids extraction system has an air flow introduced through the reactor base, solid-gas and solid-solid separators being arranged behind the reactor. The aeration system comprises an aeration duct located at the bottom of the reactor, connected to the digestion chamber by means of a diffuser with a plurality of perforations along the digestion chamber. The feeding system comprises a water and nutrient mixer and a formed mud extruder. The reactor may operate in hyperbaric regime.
