Ejemplos
Después de pesar el 50,0 % en peso de arcilla MK (fabricada por Keiwa Rozai Co., Ltd.) y el 1,6 % en peso de Ciazofamida técnica finamente molida (pureza 94,4 %, diámetro medio de partícula 2,32 µm), se mezclan utilizando un Millser. Además, se le añadió el 47,4 % en peso de la arcilla MK mencionada anteriormente y el 1,0 % en peso de
25 un estabilizante y se volvió a mezclar usando el Millser, obteniendo de este modo un polvo pulverizable que contiene el 1,5 % en peso de Ciazofamida.
30 Después de pesar el 21,2 % en peso de Ciazofamida técnica finamente molida (pureza 94,4 %, diámetro medio de partícula 2,32 µm), el 8 % en peso de un agente dispersante; un condensado del ácido de alquilnaftalenosulfónico sódico-formaldehído (nombre comercial: SUPRAGIL MNS/90), el 2 % en peso de un agente humectante; dialquilnaftalensulfonato de sodio (nombre comercial: SUPRAGIL WP) y el 68,8 % en peso de carbonato de calcio LW-3000 (fabricado por Shimizu Industrial Corporation), se mezclan usando un Millser, obteniendo de este modo un

45 El polvo pulverizable obtenido mediante el Ejemplo 1 o Ejemplo Comparativo se sometió a conservación acelerada a 54 ºC durante 14 días, y a continuación se midió el contenido de Ciazofamida en el polvo pulverizable por HPLC (cromatografía líquida de alto rendimiento) y se calculó la relación de degradación ( %) de Ciazofamida mediante la siguiente fórmula: Relación de degradación ( %) = (contenido de la fase inicial -contenido después de la
50 conservación acelerada)/contenido de la fase inicial × 100. Los resultados del ensayo se muestran en la Tabla 1. A este respecto, se midió el contenido de Ciazofamida en el polvo pulverizable conservado a 4 ºC en el momento de medir el contenido de Ciazofamida en el polvo pulverizable después de la conservación acelerada, y el valor se usó como contenido de la fase inicial.
