Abstract
Junta de anillo deslizante (1) para proporcionar un sellado de fluido lubricado entre un par de componentes relativamente giratorios, especialmente entre un componente estacionario y un componente giratorio, comprendiendo un primer anillo deslizante (7) que en relación con uno de los otros componentes está sellado y montado fijamente de forma axial, y un segundo anillo deslizante (8) sellado y montado fijamente en relación con el otro componente, siendo el segundo anillo deslizante (8) movible axialmente en la dirección del primer anillo deslizante (7) de tal manera que las superficies contrapuestas del primer y segundo anillo deslizante (7, 8) cooperan de tal manera que se conforma un intersticio de sellado (14) entre ellas, estando previsto al menos un canal (17) en uno de los anillos deslizantes (7, 8), abriéndose el canal (17) del anillo deslizante (7, 8) dentro del intersticio de sellado (14), conduciendo dicho canal (17) un lubricante líquido, siendo el fluido lubricante suministrado al intersticio de sellado (14) a través del canal (17) opcionalmente en función de las condiciones de funcionamiento monitoreadas, para optimizar el rendimiento de la junta, estando en la junta de anillo deslizante (1) integrado al menos un dispositivo de transporte (21) para suministrar el fluido lubricante, estando un lado de salida (24) del dispositivo de transporte (21) conectado al canal (17) y un lado de entrada (25) del dispositivo de transporte (21) conectado a través de un canal adicional (18) a una cámara llena de líquido (19), caracterizado porque el dispositivo de transporte (21) es un dispositivo de transporte eléctrico (21), estando previstos en la junta de anillo deslizante (1), medios para la conversión de energía del entorno en energía eléctrica, siendo uno o más dispositivos de transporte (21), uno o más sensores (30, 37, 38, 39, 40) y/o un dispositivo de control conectado a los sensores (35) suministrados eléctricamente a través de los medios que convierten la energía del entorno.
