Abstract
Una fuente de radiación en que energía electro magnética y/o eléctrica es convertida en radiación, caracterizada por el hecho que la energía que debe ser convertida es suministrada a nitruro de galio que está activado con por lo menos uno de los elementos del grupo que consiste del litio, sodio, cobre, azufre, oro, berilio, magnesio, calcio, estroncio, barío, zinc, cadmio, mercurio, aluminio, indio, talio, estaño y plomo, de modo que emite luminiscencía.
