Abstract

Procedimiento para la recuperación de paladio de los catalizadores que contienen paladio sobre un soporte cuya actividad del catalizador se ha perdido o disminuido por el uso que comprende la separación del paladio del soporte mediante suspensión pastosa en ácido clorhídrico a través de la cual se hace pasar gas cloro para formar una solución que contenga el paladio, la separación en el grado necesario de cualquier material que no se solubilice por la acción del ácido clorhídrico y/o cloro gas, la adición de un metal que es más electropositivo que el paladio a la solución que lo contiene para precipitar paladio metal y la separación del paladio metal así precipitado, por ejemplo, por filtración.
