An apparatus for the automatic stacking of packages on a platform for their transport, characterized in that it comprises the use in combination of a rolling belt elevator placed at the end of a roller conveyor and whose purpose is to ensure the automatic loading of the packages; of a rectangular chassis or support placed on the ground and on which rests the set of means that allow the placement of the platforms or loading; and of a tilting device, hereinafter abbreviated as "tilting", which is fixed on the chassis and which, after being loaded with packages, describes a rotational movement of approximately a quarter of a circle to deposit said packages on top of each other in the platform conveniently placed to receive them.
