Abstract

Se describe el procedimiento de preparación de rellenos de sílice con estructura jerárquica (micro, meso y/o macroporosa) en el interior de diferentes soportes (monolitos de cordierita tipo panal de abeja, conducciones de acero inoxidable, tubos de vidrio y capilares de sílice fundida) de diferentes diámetros (entre 0.25 y 7.28 mm) evitando totalmente el encogimiento de los mismos y mejorando sus propiedades. Todo ello depositando previamente a la síntesis del relleno de sílice una película delgada de sílice. Modificando dicha película delgada (microporosa o mesoporosa) se modifican las propiedades del relleno, obteniéndose unos resultados muy satisfactorios en el caso de la película delgada mesoporosa en todos los soportes estudiados.The procedure for preparing silica fillers with a hierarchical structure (micro, meso and / or macroporous) inside different supports (honeycomb cordierite monoliths, stainless steel pipes, glass tubes and molten silica capillaries is described) ) of different diameters (between 0.25 and 7.28 mm) totally avoiding their shrinkage and improving their properties. All this by depositing a thin silica film prior to the synthesis of the silica filler. Modifying said thin film (microporous or mesoporous) modifies the properties of the filling, obtaining very satisfactory results in the case of the thin mesoporous film in all the supports studied.
