Comprende un chasis (1) de soporte de los distintos elementos, un mango o asidero (2); un soporte de rollo (3), con un eje portarrollos, posiblemente una guía (4) de paso del precinto, y un dispositivo o medio de corte (5) del precinto, en la que el precinto consiste en un rollo de precinto (6) de papel provisto de un adhesivo térmico, que se activa cuando se somete a la acción de una fuente de calor, que comprende además un elemento aplicador (7) del precinto y un medio calentador del precinto, normalmente dispuesto en el elemento aplicador.
