Abstract

Un aparato (1) transportador giratorio, para recoger, transferir y liberar envases (2), que comprende: a. una plataforma (9) que gira alrededor de un eje (AA) de rotación; b. carritos (3) de soporte soportados por dicha plataforma (9) y deslizables en una hendidura (12) respectiva que se extiende desde una periferia (9B) de dicha plataforma (9) de la misma al dicho eje (AA) de rotación; un conducto (6) interno se extiende al interior del carrito (3) y sale a través de una boca (8) de salida adaptada para retener el envase; dentro de dichos carritos (3), se crea un cierto grado de succión para un ángulo de rotación determinado de la plataforma (9), caracterizado por que dicha succión es creada a través de una caja (4) de succión, dispuesta en la parte inferior de dicha plataforma (9) y en contacto con dicha plataforma (9), que comprende una abertura (7) de succión que se extiende a lo largo de una sección angular de dicha plataforma (9) sobre la caja (4) de succión; y en el que dichos carritos (3) pueden moverse con relación a la rotación de la plataforma (9) y se mueven desde la periferia (9B) a dicho eje (AA) de rotación y viceversa durante una rotación completa de la plataforma (9); en el que el conducto (6) está interconectado con la abertura (7) de succión y una cámara (5) interna correspondiente de la caja (4) de succión, dentro de la cual se proporciona el vacío; en dicha configuración, dichos carritos (3) recogen, por medio de la succión, los envases (2) a través del conducto (6) interno y los retienen durante toda la duración de la rotación, correspondiente a la presencia de la abertura (7).
