Abstract

Un proceso en el que se ponen en contacto perlas hinchables de polímero insoluble en aceite e insoluble en agua con una disolución de un fármaco cristalizable en un disolvente orgánico que es capaz de penetrar en las perlas, de modo que el fármaco se absorbe en el interior de las perlas, caracterizado por que la disolución además contiene un modificador de cristal que inhibe la cristalización del fármaco, en el que el modificador de cristal es miscible con el disolvente y está seleccionado entre aceites, glicoles y éteres de glicol, y por que el polímero tiene carga aniónica, en el que los grupos aniónicos están seleccionados entre sulfonato, fosfonato y carboxilato y el polímero es poli(alcohol vinílico) reticulado.
