Abstract
Dispositivo de accionamiento eléctrico para un sistema de dirección asistida eléctrica, que comprende un motor (1) eléctrico con una caja del motor (2), un estator (3) dispuesto en el interior de la caja del motor (2) que provee una pluralidad de fases (4), un rotor (5) dispuesto giratorio relativo al estator (3), y un eje del motor (6) giratorio junto con el rotor (5) con un extremo de accionamiento (7) de par de salida del motor (1) que sobresale de la caja del motor (2); una unidad de control electrónico (10) dispuesto a continuación del motor (1), que controla el accionamiento de dicho motor (1), y que comprende una placa de potencia (20) que suministra corriente al motor (1), y una placa de control (70) conectada eléctricamente a la placa de potencia (20), que controla el accionamiento del motor (1) a través de la placa de potencia (20); y un disipador de calor (40; 40') que absorbe y disipa el calor generado por la placa de potencia (20); estando dispuestos el disipador de calor (40; 40'), la placa de potencia (20) y la placa de control (70) en el orden citado a continuación del motor (1); la placa de potencia (20) cubriendo la sección transversal de la caja del motor (2) y el dispositivo comprendiendo un conector (80) que permite la conexión por cableado de la unidad de control electrónico (10) con el exterior, caracterizado porque dicho conector (80) comprende un alojamiento de alimentación eléctrica (81) desde el exterior, un alojamiento de señal eléctrica de par (82) desde el exterior, y un alojamiento de comunicaciones (83) recíproca con el exterior, y terminales (84, 85, 86) que permiten la conexión directa de dicho conector (80) con la placa de potencia (20 y con la placa de control (70), en donde el conector (80) está unido al dispositivo (100) lateralmente desde el exterior, comprendiendo dicho conector (80) una primera zona (87) que se une al dispositivo (100), comprendiendo dicha primera zona (87) los terminales (84, 85, 86), y una segunda zona (88), unida a la primera zona (87), que comprende el alojamiento de alimentación eléctrica (81), el alojamiento de señal eléctrica de par (82) y el alojamiento de comunicaciones (83), comprendiendo la primera zona (87) una pluralidad de salientes (89) que sobresalen en un plano perpendicular al eje geométrico del eje del motor (6), y el disipador de calor (40; 40') comprende una pluralidad de alojamientos (90) en un borde (91) de la periferia, permitiendo dichos alojamientos (90) del disipador de calor (40; 40') alojar los salientes (89) de la primera zona (87), e impidiendo la extracción de los salientes (89) en el sentido radial, en donde el disipador de calor (40; 40') comprende en su cara externa (47; 49) un borde vertical (92) que recorre la periferia en un tramo que no está unido con el conector (80), y el conector (80) comprende un borde vertical (93) en la primera zona (87) que recorre la zona de intersección con la segunda zona (88), coincidiendo los extremos del borde vertical (92) del disipador de calor (40; 40') y los extremos del borde vertical (93) del conector (80), cuando el conector (80) está montado en el disipador de calor (40; 40'), comprendiendo el disipador de calor (40; 40') una pluralidad de asientos (94) con orificios (95) en la periferia de la cara externa (47; 49), y comprendiendo la caja del motor (2) en un extremo (101) de su pared lateral (102) una pluralidad de asientos (103) con orificios (104) que coinciden con los orificios (95) de la cara externa (47; 49) del disipador de calor (40; 40'), comprendiendo el dispositivo (100) una cubierta (50) que comprende unos asientos (51) con orificios (52) que sobresalen radialmente de su extremo (53), y permitiendo cubrir la cubierta (50) la unidad de control electrónico (10) al montar dicha cubierta (50) contra la caja del motor (2), uniendo los asientos (51) de la cubierta (50) con los asientos (94) del disipador de calor (40; 40') con medios de unión, solapándose la cubierta (50) con el borde vertical (92) del disipador de calor (40; 40') y el borde vertical (93) del conector (80).
