Abstract

Procedimiento para la conservación de bebidas envasadas y dispositivo al efecto.#Procedimiento para reducir la oxidación por contacto con oxígeno atmosférico de bebidas envasadas, una vez el envase ha sido abierto y la bebida parcialmente consumida, incluyendo el procedimiento sumergir en el seno de la bebida remanente una vejiga o globo, asociado mediante un conducto semirrígido adecuado dispuesto en su abertura, a un medio de inflado externo al envase; insuflar un fluido al globo con el fin de hinchar éste y desplazar el líquido contenido en el envase hasta su parte superior; y evacuar el aire de la cabeza del envase y sustituirlo por el propio líquido remanente en el interior del mismo y dispositivo al efecto.
