Abstract

Dispositivo de puesta en tensión de una banda flexible (3) para mantener un elemento óseo sobre un implante, que comprende una varilla (15) que tiene un primer extremo (16) provisto de medios (17) de apoyo sobre una barra longitudinal de fijación del implante, una pieza (29) móvil de enganche de la banda flexible (3) sobre una porción (25) del dispositivo y unos medios de bloqueo (42) ajustable de la pieza móvil (29) en translación con respecto a dicha porción (25) del dispositivo, caracterizado por que la varilla (15) comprende un mango (23) de prensión en su segundo extremo (24), por que dicha porción (25) del dispositivo (14) forma un ángulo con la varilla (15) a la que está fijada rígidamente a un nivel intermedio con un redireccionamiento angular (27, 28) de la banda (3), y por que, comprendiendo dicha banda flexible dos extremos (36, 37) libres, dicha pieza móvil (29) comprende una rueda libre (31) en rotación con respecto a un eje (32) perpendicular a dicha porción (25), de guiado de la banda (3) alrededor de su perímetro redondeado (33) que comprende dos elementos (34, 35) distintos de anclaje de la banda flexible (3), a saber un primer elemento (34) para uno de dichos extremos de la banda flexible (3) y un segundo elemento (35) para el otro extremo.
