Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de una botella de plástico, especialmente de una botella de PET, a partir de una preforma (1) que presenta un cuerpo (2) cerrado por un lado al que se conecta una sección de cuello (4) con una abertura de vertido (5), en el que la preforma (1) fabricada en un procedimiento de inyección de plástico o en un procedimiento de extrusión se introduce en una cavidad de molde (11) de un molde de soplado (10) y se infla con ayuda de una tobera de soplado (13) por sobrepresión de acuerdo con la cavidad de molde (11), la obturación entre la tobera de soplado (13) y la preforma (1) se realiza por un contacto en forma de anillo, fundamentalmente en forma de línea, de la boca (14, 15) de la tobera de soplado (13) con una superficie interior (8) en la sección de cuello (4) de la preforma (1), caracterizado por que la sección de la superficie interior (8) de la sección de cuello (4) a la que se recurre para la obturación es una superficie cónica (9), y la presión de aplicación de la tobera de soplado (13) se ajusta de tal manera que se reproduce su borde de boca (15) en el área de contacto sobre la superficie cónica (9).
