Abstract
Asador de sobremesa, del tipo que está constituido por una cacerola con una abertura en el fondo para entrada del fuego y varias ventanas laterales de aireación, una parrilla con abertura también central dispuesta en la boca de aquella cacerola y una tapadera con mango de quita y pon, la cara interna de la cual tapadera refleja el calor hacia los alimentos a cocinar dispuestos sobre la parrilla, caracterizado porque, equidistantemente repartidas a 120°, la citada cacerola lleva soldadas a su fondo tres cortas patas complementadas con tacos antideslizantes que aseguran su estabilidad sobre el plano horizontal de la mesa o banco de apoyo; y porque, también debajo de dicha cacerola y mediante al menos una abrazadera, resulta fijado un quemador de gas acodado cuya cabeza se centra en la abertura inferior de la cacerola y cuya caña lleva intercalada la correspondiente llave de paso y termina en una espiga escalonada para acoplar un tubo flexible u otro medio de, conexión directa a una fuente degas.
