Abstract

Una ventana (1) de techo que comprende un marco (2) con un elemento (5) superior, un elemento (6) inferior y los elementos (7, 8) laterales que definen un plano de marco, y un bastidor (3) que posee un elemento (9) superior, un elemento (10) inferior y los elementos (11, 12) laterales que definen un plano de bastidor, donde el bastidor (3) posee una abertura para una hoja (4) y una superficie externa opuesta a dicha abertura, donde la ventana (1) comprende adicionalmente en conexión con dicho elemento (9) superior de bastidor un módulo (411) superior de bastidor con un primer lado (412), un segundo lado (415) opuesto a y que se extiende de manera sustancialmente paralela a dicho primer lado (412), un tercer lado (413), y un cuarto lado (414) opuesto a y que se extiende de manera sustancialmente paralela a dicho tercer lado (413), donde dichos lados tercero y cuarto (413, 414) se extienden de manera sustancialmente perpendicular a los lados primero y segundo (412, 415) mencionados, que son conectados por dichos lados tercero y cuarto, y una aleta (400) de ventilación que está constituida por un elemento alargado, una cerradura (17) para bloquear el marco (2) y el bastidor (3) entre sí, donde la aleta (400) de ventilación está conectada con la cerradura (17), donde el módulo (411) superior de bastidor comprende una abertura (418) de ventilación, o más de una, adaptadas para dotar de ventilación a un edificio en el que está montada la ventana de techo, donde el mencionado módulo (411) superior de bastidor está conectado con el mencionado elemento (9) superior de bastidor y/o los mencionados elementos (11, 12) laterales de bastidor de una manera tal que dicho módulo (411) superior de bastidor está dispuesto en la superficie externa del mencionado bastidor (3), donde el primer lado (412) del módulo (411) superior de bastidor está adaptado para ser fijado a o apoyarse contra una superficie del elemento (9) superior de bastidor opuesta a la hoja (4) de la ventana (1) caracterizada por que, la mencionada aleta (400) de ventilación tiene una conexión pivotante con el mencionado elemento (9) superior de bastidor de la mencionada ventana (1) de techo, y dicha aleta (400) de ventilación está conectada a la mencionada cerradura (17) mediante otra conexión (406) pivotante.
