Celvol 24-203 es un nombre comercial de poli(alcohol vinílico) producido por Celanase Corp y proporcionado en forma de solución al 24 % en agua. Stepfac TSP PE-K y Stepfac TSP PE-N son nombres comerciales de sales de ácido de éster de fosfato de polioxietilen triestirilfenol producidas por Stepan Corp. Kelzan CC y Van Gel B son nombres comerciales de un espesante producido por Kelco Corp. Los materiales normalmente se hidratan en agua antes de añadirse a la formulación. El Kelzan se disuelve en agua para preparar una solución al 2,4 %. El Van Gel B se mezcla en agua a elevada cizalla durante 30 minutos para hidratar la arcilla, formando una dispersión al 4 %. 25 Ejemplo de Ensayo
