Abstract

Composiciones y métodos para la producción de biocombustibles.#La invención se refiere a un microorganismo de la cepa Pseudomonas brassicacearum CECT 8162, o a una cepa mutante de la misma que mantiene la capacidad de acumular lípidos hasta al menos un 20% del peso seco. La invención se refiere asimismo a un método para obtener una biomasa microbiana de dicha cepa rica en triglicéridos así como a métodos para obtener una composición lipídica a partir de dicha biomasa microbiana y para obtener parafinas o biodiesel a partir de dichos lípidos.
