Abstract
Unidad de bomba que comprende una rueda (5) de corte montada en un árbol (12', 19) de accionamiento en relación coaxial y de giro común con una rueda (1) de bomba, y una placa (6) de corte que puede montarse de forma estacionaria en una carcasa de bomba entre la rueda de corte y la rueda de bomba, teniendo la placa de corte perforaciones (11) que forman pasos a través de la misma para el transporte de un líquido por parte de la rueda (1) de bomba al girar, formando la rueda (5) de corte y la placa (6) de corte en cooperación una interfaz de cizallamiento eficaz para cortar materia sólida que puede ser arrastrada por el líquido, caracterizada por que la rueda (5) de corte tiene una rosca interna (21) que se une a una rosca externa (20) en el árbol (12', 19) de accionamiento, comprendiendo además la unidad de bomba un elemento (22) de ajuste que está dispuesto para establecer un espacio libre axial en la interfaz de cizallamiento entre la rueda (5) de corte y la placa (6) de corte aplicando una fuerza axial de separación en la rueda de corte y en el árbol de accionamiento, eliminando de este modo un juego axial en la unión roscada (20, 21) entre la rueda (5) de corte y el árbol (12', 19) de accionamiento.
