Abstract
Aparato freidor, caracterizado esencialmente por comprender un cuerpo de caja exterior de configuración ortoédrica, hecho ventajosamente de un material aislante y resistente mecánicamente, provisto de medios de apoyo sobre una superficie horizontal y medios de sujeción manual, figurando acoplada sobre los bordes superiores abiertos del citado cuerpo una cubeta metálica formante de un reborde periférico de acoplamiento con el cuerpo anterior, en tanto que sus bordes superiores se cierran mediante una tapa ajustada, sujetándose la citada cubeta metálica, por medio de elementos retenedores, en su fondo, al del cuerpo ortoédrico exterior y comportando la propia base de la cubeta interna medios sujetadores de un interruptor termostático asociado al circuito de una resistencia eléctrica blindada, adosada al fondo de la cubeta metálica y dispuesta entre un par de salientes paralelos.
