Abstract

Método para ventilar una edificación, que comprende las etapas de: - proporcionar una unidad (4) de ventilación principalmente en el área superior de la edificación, dispuesta para intercambiar el aire dentro y fuera de la edificación; - proporcionar una habitación (6) central, por ejemplo un hueco de escalera o pasillo, a través del cual se puede ingresar a otras habitaciones por medio de puertas (7) internas, en donde la unidad de ventilación se dispone para cargar aire fresco a la habitación central; caracterizado porque el método comprende adicionalmente las etapas de: - proporcionar por lo menos parte de dichas puertas internas y/o pared de separación con por lo menos un ventilador (8) dispuesto para forzar al aire a moverse desde la habitación (6) central hasta la otra habitación importante y/o viceversa, en donde la puerta (7) interna y/o la pared de separación se proporciona adicionalmente con por lo menos uno de un medio de ventilación adicional y una abertura (9) pasiva por el excedente de un flujo de aire de retorno para crear un índice de flujo de dos vías sobre las puertas (7) internas.Method for ventilating a building, comprising the steps of: - providing a ventilation unit (4) mainly in the upper area of the building, arranged to exchange the air inside and outside the building; - providing a central room (6), for example a stairwell or hallway, through which other rooms can be entered through internal doors (7), where the ventilation unit is arranged to charge fresh air to the central room; characterized in that the method further comprises the steps of: - providing at least part of said internal doors and / or separation wall with at least one fan (8) arranged to force air to move from the central room (6) to the other important room and / or vice versa, wherein the internal door (7) and / or the separation wall is additionally provided with at least one of an additional ventilation means and a passive opening (9) for the surplus of a return air flow to create a two-way flow rate on the internal doors (7).
