Abstract

Uso de al menos un fungicida seleccionado del siguiente grupo de ciazofamida, famoxadona, fenamidona, fluoxastrobin y piribencarb para la producción de un agente contra micosis en peces e invertebrados y todos sus estadios de desarrollo, causadas por hongos de los géneros Saprolegnia spp..

para que pueda surtir efecto el agente de tratamiento. Este tratamiento puede realizarse una vez o continuamente durante varios días o también en un ritmo diario o de varios días durante de minutos a algunas horas. La eficacia y la tolerabilidad del tratamiento se determinan mediante el número de peces vivos y el grado de infección fúngica.
La invención se explica más detalladamente mediante el siguiente ejemplo.
5 Ejemplo de realización
Ejemplo 1: Determinación de la eficacia de sustancias contra hongos parasíticos de los peces, por ejemplo,Saprolegnia spp.
Se cultiva una cepa aislada de Saprolegnia parasitica (CBS 540,67, Centraalbureau voor Schimmelcultures, Baam, Los Países Bajos) y se reproduce en la oscuridad a 20 ºC sobre agar PD (39 g/l de concentración final). Para
10 determinar el valor de DE50, placas de agar PD se tratan con una serie de concentraciones de 0 -0,03 -0,1 -0,3 -1 3 -10 -30 ppm del fungicida que va a probarse. En cada caso, en el centro de las placas de Petri tratadas con las distintas concentraciones del fungicida se siembran trozos de inoculación con Saprolegnia parasitica.
Las placas se incuban durante tres días a 20 ºC en la oscuridad y después de mide el crecimiento del hongo sobre la placa de agar y los valores de DE50 se calculan a partir de la comparación con el control sin tratar.
15 En esta prueba, por ejemplo, los fungicidas fluoxastrobin, fenamidona, ciazofamida, famoxadona y piribencarb muestran un valor de DE50 de 5 ppm o inferior.
