Abstract

1. Un paquete de material compuesto que comprende, en combinación, una porción de extremidad (12) de un material relativamente rígido y una porción de cuerpo (11) de un material plástico laminar termocontraíble, en la cual se aloja un producto, extendiéndose dicha porción de cuerpo a partir de dicha porción de extremidad, por lo cual una parte de dicha porción de extremidad (13, 14) está limitada por un aparte superpuesta de dicha porción de cuerpo, comprendiendo dicha porción de extremidad una estructura tubular que incluye paneles relacionados por sus ángulos, los cuales tienen zonas interrumpidas (19) situadas en la unión entre dichos paneles, y deformándose localmente áreas adyacentes de dicha porción de cuerpo, por termocontracción de dichas áreas para cooperar en términos de tensión con dichas zonas interrumpidas, a fin de mantener unidas la porción de extremidad uy dicha porción de cuerpo. 2. Un paquete de material compuesto, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque dicha porción de extremidad comprende un cierre de extremidad para el paquete, que incluye unos paneles que definen cuatro esquinas, estando provistas, por lo menos, un par de esquina diagonales opuestas, de una muesca que constituye dicha zona interrumpida. 3. Un paquete de material compuesto, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado además porque la porción de extremidad comprende un aparte superior (12) de cartón y la porción de cuerpo comprende una bolsa (11) de material laminar termocontraíble, en la cual se aloja un producto, que se extiende a partir de dicha parte superior; comprendiendo dicha parte superior una estructura tubular formada a partir de paredes relacionadas por sus ángulos además dotada de un cierre superior y estando abierta en su extremo inferior; estando adherida dicha bolsa a la porción inferior de dicha parte superior, por lo cual partes de la bolsa se superponen a partes adyacentes de dichas paredes y dicho cierre superior facilita el acceso a dicha bolsa para alimentar o extraer el contenido, estando provista dicha parte superior con muescas en la unión entre dichas paredes, y deformándose localmente partes superpuestas de dicha bolsa, por termocontracción para cooperar en términos de tensión condichas muescas, a fin de mantener unidas la bolsa y la parte superior. 4. Un paquete de material compuesto según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado además porque dicho cierre superior es reutilizable.
