Abstract
Unidad de corte que comprende un armazón (1) estacionario, un tambor (5) de corte que tiene una cuchilla (7) de corte en una superficie cilíndrica externa del mismo y un eje central, un tambor (6) de yunque que tiene una superficie cilíndrica externa y un eje central, en la que el tambor de corte y el tambor de yunque están dispuestos uno sobre el otro con ejes (8, 9) centrales paralelos para cortar material continuo alimentado entre los mismos, el superior del tambor de corte y el tambor de yunque está centrado sobre un árbol, que está soportado de manera que puede girar en el armazón estacionario y de manera que puede conectarse a un dispositivo de accionamiento para hacer girar el árbol y el tambor superior alrededor del eje central del mismo, y en la que el inferior del tambor de corte y el tambor de yunque está dispuesto de manera que puede girar alrededor del eje central del mismo, y está dispuesto de manera que puede moverse hacia y alejándose del tambor superior, caracterizada por que la unidad de corte comprende además un elemento (16) portador que está dispuesto de manera que puede moverse hacia y alejándose del tambor superior, en la que el elemento portador comprende al menos dos rodillos (19) de contacto, que tienen una superficie cilíndrica externa y que están dispuestos de manera que pueden girar alrededor de un respectivo eje en el elemento portador, ejes que son paralelos al eje central del tambor de corte y el tambor de yunque, el tambor inferior no tiene árbol mecánico, el tambor inferior está dispuesto con la superficie cilíndrica externa del mismo descansando sobre la superficie cilíndrica externa de los al menos dos rodillos (19) de contacto, en la que al menos un rodillo de contacto está situado a cada lado de un plano vertical central del tambor inferior para proporcionar soporte vertical y transversal del tambor inferior únicamente mediante los rodillos de contacto, y en la que el elemento (16) portador puede conectarse a un dispositivo de presión para mover y presionar el elemento portador y el tambor inferior portados de ese modo hacia y contra el tambor superior para proporcionar presión de corte entre el tambor superior y el tambor inferior.
