Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar un componente o pieza (1) a partir de un material compuesto de fibras, en el que - se fabrica un material compuesto o composite de láminas(7) con una lámina protectora termoplástica (6) y con una lámina interior termoplástica (5), de manera que el módulo de elasticidad (E) de la lámina interior (5) dentro de un margen de temperatura es inferior al módulo de elasticidad (E) de la lámina protectora (6), - la lámina interior (5) del material compuesto o composite de láminas (7) está unida a una pieza moldeada en bruto (4) que comprende un material de fibras (2) y un plástico termoendurecido (3), - la pieza moldeada en bruto (4) se endurece, y - el material compuesto o composite de láminas (7) se somete a un tratamiento térmico en un intervalo de temperatura, en el cual el módulo de elasticidad (E) de la lámina interior (5) es inferior al módulo de elasticidad (E) de la lámina protectora (6), por lo que la lámina protectora (6) sufre una relajación de tensión.
