Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar un cuerpo de tarjeta de capas múltiples rígido para un soporte de datos portátil, con las etapas siguientes: - puesta a disposición de una capa (3) compuesta de un plástico opaco (104), - puesta a disposición de una capa de fibras de carbono (2, 4) compuesta de tejido de fibras de carbono (102), - impregnación de la capa de fibras de carbono (2, 4) con resina epoxi (102), - fusión de las capas (2, 3, 4) para formar un producto semiacabado (110), - impresión de la cara superior de la capa de fibras de carbono del producto semiacabado con un motivo gráfico (12) en un proceso de serigrafía o un proceso de impresión offset (114), - separación del cuerpo de tarjeta (1) del producto semiacabado mediante una herramienta de separación, que se guía en relación con el producto semiacabado a lo largo de un recorrido que describe el contorno marginal del cuerpo de tarjeta (1).
