Cabezal (T1; T2; T3; T4; T5) de dispensado y de aplicación destinado a estar asociado a una unidad (2; 2'; 1'), de dispensado, tal como una bomba, una válvula, o un tubo flexible, el cabezal que comprende: - una sección (4a) de conexión destinada a ser conectada a la unidad de dispensado; - una sección (4c) de aplicación de producto fluido que define al menos un orificio dispensado (50) de producto fluido y una almohadilla (51) de aplicación del producto fluido destinado a entrar en contacto con una superficie de aplicación, tal como la piel, para aplicar el producto fluido que sale del orificio de dispensado (50) sobre la superficie de aplicación, - una sección (4b) de unión que une la sección (4a) de conexión a la sección (4c) de aplicación, - la sección (4b) de unión está realizada de un material elásticamente deformable de manera que la almohadilla (51) de aplicación es desplazable con respecto a la sección (4a) de conexión, caracterizado porque - la almohadilla (51) de aplicación está realizada de un material portador del calor, tal como un metal o cerámica, para conferir una sensación de frío en contacto con la piel.
