Abstract

Un sistema de chorro de fluido integrado para el decapado, preparación y recubrimiento, de forma secuencial, de una piza a restaurar, el sistema integrado que comprende: una celda (1) que define un recinto blindado eléctricamente y que tiene una puerta; un portapiezas (23) para sostener la pieza dentro de la celda (1); un brazo (8) robótico móvil dentro de la celda (1); una boquilla (20, 31, 41) montada sobre el brazo (8) robótico, en el que la boquilla (20, 31, 41) incluye una entrada de partículas para recibir las partículas (131, 141, 151) de recubrimiento y en el que la boquilla (20, 31, 41) incluye un transductor (62, 210) de ultrasonidos accionado mediante un generador de ultrasonidos; una fuente de fluido a presión para suministrar un fluido a presión a la boquilla ultrasónica (20, 31, 41) para permitir que la boquilla (20, 31, 41) genere un chorro (21, 54, 98) de fluido pulsado; un generador (69, 71) de campo eléctrico para generar un campo eléctrico para cargar las partículas (131, 141, 151) de recubrimiento transportadas por el chorro (21, 54, 98) de fluido pulsado; y una interfaz (2) hombre-máquina externa a la celda (1) para la recepción de comandos del usuario y para controlar el brazo (8) robótico y el chorro de fluido que sale desde la boquilla (20, 31, 41) en respuesta a los comandos del usuario.
