Abstract
Guía quirúrgica específica de paciente (1, 1') para implantar una prótesis de rodilla, que comprende: un primer componente (G1, G1') destinado a acoplarse únicamente con el extremo epifisario distal (Ed) de un fémur (Fe); una plantilla (Gr, Gr') asociada a dicho primer componente (G1, G1') y destinada a guiar una operación de marcado de dicho extremo epifisario distal (Ed), con el objetivo de determinar la posición de una prótesis de rodilla que se va a implantar, estando dicha plantilla (Gr, Gr') montada de forma giratoria con respecto a dicho primer componente (G1, G1'); un segundo componente (G2) destinado a acoplar sólidamente dicha plantilla (Gr, Gr') con un extremo epifisario proximal (Ep) de una tibia (Ti) correspondiente a dicho fémur (Fe), caracterizada por que dicho primer componente (G1, G1') comprende medios de guía (11) para hacer un corte distal (Td) ortogonal al eje longitudinal del fémur (Fe), siendo dichos medios de guía (11) capaces de desplazarse en la dirección proximal-distal con el fin de hacer correcciones en la resección femoral planeada.
