Abstract

Dispositivo para el precalentamiento y preparación para el moldeo de materiales sintéticos termoplásticos, más en particular acetato de polivinilcloruro en estado granular, destinado para el prensado de discos fonográficos, en que el proceso de precalentamiento es efectuado haciendo pasar un gas calentado a través de una cantidad dosificada de material sintético, caracterizado por el hecho de que el dispositivo comprende una mesa circular montada horizontalmente y que gira periódicamente en un plano horizontal e impulsada con preferencia, eléctricamente, mesa que puede asumir un número par de posiciones preferentemente trabadas y distribuidas regularmente sobre su circunferencia, mientras que la tabla de la mesa es provista de tantos rebajos, distribuidos regularmente sobre la circunferencia como hay posiciones, y en por lo menos una posición el gas calentado y suministrado por un dispositivo estacionario es hecho pasar a través de la substancia presente en el rebajo.
