Un procedimiento para la fabricación de calcomanías, que se caracteriza por obtener previamente un especial manipulado laminar, superponiendo y adhiriendo una película, no higroscópica, transparente o no y coloreada o no, sobre un papel o cartulina de soporte mediante un adhesivo soluble en agua; por la cara vista de la película de este manipulado se imprimirá lo que se desee; y, finalmente, al usuario de esta calcomanía le bastará sumergirla en agua para reblandecer el adhesivo y luego adherir la película a la superficie deseada por deslizamiento lateral, a fin de que dicha película no se arrugue ni doble.
