Abstract
Tubería que comprende una capa hecha a base de una composición de polietileno que comprende una resina de base de polietileno, que comprende a. un copolímero de etileno (A) y b. un copolímero de etileno (B), en la que el copolímero de etileno (A) tiene un peso molecular promedio en peso menor que el copolímero de etileno (B), y el copolímero de etileno (A) tiene una densidad de 0,935 a 0,955 g/cm3, y el copolímero de etileno (B) tiene una densidad de 0,880 a 0,930 g/cm3, y la resina de base de polietileno tiene un índice de fluidez MFR2 (2,16 kg/190ºC) de 0,1 a 3,5 g/10 min y una densidad de 0,915 g/cm3 a 0,940 g/cm3, y en la que el copolímero de etileno (A) tiene un contenido de comonómeros entre el 1 y el 10% molar y el copolímero de etileno (B) tiene un contenido de comonómeros entre el 5 y 20% molar.

La contracción se midió según la norma AEIC C S5-94
5 i. CTL
La resistencia al desarrollo de fisuras lentas se determina según la norma ISO 6252-1992 (E).
La prueba CTL es una prueba para el desarrollo acelerado de fisuras lentas donde la aceleración se mantiene
10 mediante temperatura elevada de 60ºC. La prueba se realiza en una solución surfactante y la incorporación de una entalla acelera el tiempo hasta el fallo y garantiza una deformación plana en las muestras. La tensión en estas muestras se modificó entre 4,0 MPa y 7,0 MPa (tensión real en la región entallada). El surfactante utilizado en esta prueba fue IGEPAL CO-730. Un ejemplo de las dimensiones de las piezas de prueba puede verse a continuación.
15 Las muestras se preparan presionando una placa (véase la figura 1). Las placas se fresan posteriormente a las dimensiones adecuadas en un dispositivo de fijación en dos de los lados. Una entalla frontal de 2,5 mm de profundidad se corta a continuación en la muestra con una cuchilla instalada en una máquina de entallado (diseño N.BROWN) la velocidad de entallado es de 0,2 mm/min. En los dos lados restantes, se cortan surcos laterales de 0,8. Después de realizar las entallas, la muestra se acondiciona a 23 ± 1ºC y el 50% de humedad relativa durante,
20 como mínimo, 48 horas. Las muestras se montan a continuación en la cámara de prueba en la que se mantiene la solución activa. La solución activa es una solución acuosa al 10% de IGEPAL CO-730 (sustancia química éter nonilfenílico de polietilenglicol).
Las muestras se cargan con un peso muerto. En el momento de la rotura, un temporizador automático se detiene. 25

40 Como catalizador a, se utilizó un catalizador de Ziegler-Natta (ZN) a base de sílice normal. Opcionalmente, puede utilizarse un catalizador ZN a base de MgCl2. El catalizador se preparó según el ejemplo 3 del documento EP 688794.
