Abstract
Obtención de extractos liquénicos y uso de los mismos para mejorar la recuperación de microorganismos asociados a líquenes. La presente invención se refiere un extracto liquénico y el uso del mismo para mejorar la recuperación de microorganismos asociados a líquenes. Así, la invención va dirigida a un método para mejorar u optimizar el aislamiento y/o cultivo de microorganismos asociados a líquenes que comprende el procesado de talos liquénicos lavados o lavados y machacados en un medio de cultivo que comprende el extracto liquénico de una población de la especie de liquen de la que se quieren aislar los microorganismos. También se describen el método de obtención del extracto liquénico y la composición que comprende el extracto liquénico así obtenido.Obtaining lichen extracts and using them to improve the recovery of microorganisms associated with lichens.
