Abstract

Método para ensamblar y desensamblar un palé formado por dos elementos de semipalé (2, 3) de material plástico, comprendiendo dichos elementos de semipalé un panel principal (5) rectangular rígido provisto de un primer lado lateral (6) y un segundo lado lateral (7) opuesto a dicho primer lado lateral en torno a un eje central (8) del palé, presentando dichos elementos de semipalé (2, 3) unos grupos idénticos de retenedores que se enclavan entre sí por encliquetado (4), comprendiendo cada uno de dichos elementos de semipalé una pluralidad de patas de soporte (9, 10) provistas de unos extremos distales y unos paneles externos y una pluralidad de correspondientes columnas huecas (11, 12) que presentan unas correspondientes aberturas (21) provistas de unos paneles internos, presentando dichas patas de soporte y columnas huecas dichos retenedores por encliquetado en sus paneles externos e internos respectivamente, comprendiendo dichos retenedores por encliquetado unas partes protuberantes (14) y unos correspondientes orificios (15) dispuestos en cada una de dichas patas de soporte (9, 10) y columnas huecas (11, 12), respectivamente, en el que los dos elementos de semipalé están ensamblados juntos por encliquetado de dichas patas de soporte de un elemento de semipalé con las columnas huecas del otro elemento de semipalé, siendo dichas patas de soporte y dichas columnas huecas solidarias con, y sobresaliendo de, el lado interior del dicho panel principal, en el que para ensamblar dichos elementos de semipalé (2, 3), los extremos distales de las patas de soporte (9, 10) de un semipalé son acoplados con las correspondientes columnas huecas (11, 12) del otro semipalé por dichos retenedores por encliquetado, en el que para desensamblar dichos elementos de semipalé, se usa una herramienta para presionar las partes protuberantes fuera de los correspondientes orificios, para desconectar dichas patas de soporte de las correspondientes columnas huecas, en el que con este fin dichos retenedores por encliquetado incluyen unas zanjas guías (24), dispuestas para guiar dicha herramienta sobre y a lo largo de dicha zanja para presionar las partes protuberantes fuera de los correspondientes orificios, dicha herramienta siendo introducida a lo largo de dichos respectivos paneles externos e internos entre dichas patas de soporte (9, 10) y dichas correspondientes columnas huecas (11, 12) para la desconexión, en el que todos los orificios o partes protuberantes de una misma columna hueca se desconectan simultáneamente de las partes protuberantes u orificios de la correspondiente pata de soporte usando dicha herramienta al menos parcialmente en forma de hoja (29) de cuchillo, y en el que dicha desconexión se repite en cada pata de soporte y columna hueca correspondiente para desconectar completamente los dos elementos de semipalé entre sí.
