Abstract
Procedimiento de determinación de la reactividad biogeoquímica de una muestra acuosa de materia orgánica, en el que se evalúa el destino de dicha materia orgánica en un suelo, que comprende: a. la mezcla de la muestra con un componente de un suelo con el que la muestra es susceptible de reaccionar, siendo dicho componente de un suelo un microorganismo; y b. el análisis en microplaca de la fluorescencia emitida por dicha mezcla en presencia de un revelador redox fluorescente sensible al catabolismo de la materia orgánica de la muestra; una variación de fluorescencia, con respecto a la fluorescencia emitida por el componente del suelo en ausencia de la muestra o por la muestra en ausencia del componente del suelo, que es indicadora de la capacidad de la muestra de ser degradada por un microorganismo del suelo.
