Abstract

Conjunto de sellado (1) para un tambor rotativo (3) de una lavadora, incluyendo un eje de tambor rotativo (4), que se extiende a lo largo de un eje (A) y rotativo alrededor del eje y dispuesto de manera que pase a través de un agujero (5) en una pared (6) de la lavadora; un elemento de soporte (10) que soporta el tambor, fijado en el uso al tambor y conectado integralmente al eje de manera que haga girar el tambor; y un elemento de sellado (11) para sellar el agujero (5) de manera estanca a los fluidos; incluyendo el elemento de sellado (11) un par de labios de sellado radiales (21, 22), yuxtapuestos a lo largo del eje (A) y de los que ambos cooperan deslizantemente con una superficie cilíndrica de sellado (23) dispuesta alrededor del eje (4), y al menos un labio de sellado axial (24), que coopera con una superficie de sellado delantera (25) soportada por el elemento de soporte (10) y sustancialmente ortogonal al eje (A); incluyendo el elemento de sellado (11) un refuerzo (27) que tiene sustancialmente forma de L y una cubierta flexible (28) configurada de manera que defina el labio de sellado axial (24) y los labios de sellado radiales (21); teniendo el elemento de sellado (11) una superficie delantera anular (36), que mira hacia el elemento de soporte (10), y el labio de sellado axial (24) y un primer labio de sellado radial (21) sobresalen axialmente más allá de dicha superficie delantera (36); caracterizándose el conjunto porque la superficie de sellado delantera (25) que coopera con el labio de sellado axial (24) está situada en un saliente anular (37), que sobresale hacia atrás del elemento de soporte (10) hacia el labio de sellado axial (24) y es una porción de un cuerpo (13) que constituye el elemento de soporte (10); y porque el refuerzo (27) incluye una porción cilíndrica (29) alrededor del eje (A) y una pestaña radialmente interna (30), que tiene una porción de extremo libre (31) plana y sin curvaturas de la que se extienden el labio de sellado axial (24) y los labios de sellado radiales (21).
