Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir una célula solar que comprende las etapas de: proporcionar un colector de corriente y una capa nanoporosa; aplicar y/o depositar una película que comprende una o más sales de metal divalente o trivalente sobre dicha capa nanoporosa; exponer y/o poner en contacto la película obtenida en la etapa anterior con una disolución que comprende una o más sales de amonio orgánico en un disolvente, obteniendo de ese modo una capa que comprende una perovskita orgánica-inorgánica; y proporcionar un contraelectrodo. La invención también se refiere a la perovskita orgánica-inorgánica que se obtiene en el método y a la célula solar resultante.
