Abstract
Un dispositivo (100) estimulador implantable que tiene una pluralidad de electrodos (106), estando el dispositivo adaptado para configurar impulsos de estimulación mediante: la determinación de un conjunto de impulsos para terapia con pacientes, en el que al menos dos de los impulsos (201a, 202a) son de la misma polaridad; la reconstrucción de cada uno de los al menos dos impulsos en impulsos (201b, 202b, 201c, 202c) fraccionados correspondientes, en el que cada impulso fraccionado comprende partes (205, 206, 205', 206') de impulso; y la aplicación de los al menos dos impulsos fraccionados a los electrodos correspondientes en el dispositivo estimulador implantable durante una duración final, en el que las partes (205, 205') de impulso de un impulso (201b, 201c) fraccionado no se aplican simultáneamente con las partes (206, 206') de impulso de otro de los impulsos (202b, 202c) fraccionados durante la duración final.
