Abstract
Bomba de vacío de liberación rápida que comprende: una carcasa (20) que comprende una entrada de aire comprimido (21) y una salida de aire comprimido (22) proporcionadas en secciones laterales opuestas y un puerto de succión de aire (23) proporcionado en un fondo; una parte de bomba de vacío (30) que comprende un área hueca cilíndrica (31) que se extiende a través de la carcasa entre la entrada y la salida (22), una parte del área hueca que se comunica con el puerto de succión (23), y boquillas (32a, 32b, 32c) dispuestas en serie dentro del área hueca (31), ambos extremos de las boquillas (32a, 32b, 32c) que están comunicados con la entrada (21) y la salida (22), y ranuras (33) de las boquillas que están comunicadas con el área hueca; una parte de liberación (40) que comprende un tubo de soporte (41) proporcionado sobre el puerto de succión, una válvula de retención (42) de tipo falda para ser movida hacia arriba y hacia abajo por la presión del aire para abrir y cerrar una parte superior del tubo de soporte (41), donde una parte de extremo inferior (42a) de la válvula de retención (42) tiene forma de embudo y se inserta en una abertura superior del tubo de soporte (41), y una cámara de presión (45) proporcionada en un terminal de un pasaje (44) que se comunica con el puerto de succión y pasa por una falda de válvula (43); un medio de control (46) para controlar un rango en el que la válvula de retención se mueve, medio de control que se extiende a través de una superficie superior de la carcasa (20) y que está dispuesto sobre la válvula de retención (43); y un material de filtro (50) que está dispuesto entre el puerto de succión (23) y el tubo de soporte (41), donde el material de filtro (50) filtra el aire de descarga que se introduce al permitir que el aire de descarga pase en sentido ascendente cuando la parte de bomba (30) funciona, y se limpia por el aire que se suministra al puerto de succión (23) de debajo a través del tubo de soporte (41) de la cámara de presión (45) cuando la parte de bomba (30) deja de funcionar.
