Abstract
Dulce hipoglucemiante. La invención consiste en una masa ideal para obtener todo tipo de productos de pastelería, ya sean bollos, tartas, magdalenas, etc, mediante el moldeado y horneado de la misma. Para ello, dicha masa comprende los siguientes ingredientes: chía, estevia, canela, sirope de agave, gimnema silvestre, tomillo, agua, cúrcuma, levadura, orégano, quinoa, frutos del bosque, huevo ecológico, harina de espelta o harina de avena, aceite de oliva ecológico de primera prensada en frío, y naranja confitada, obteniéndose una mezcla que se amasada durante 10 minutos y una vez reposada se vierte en un molde para su introducción en un horno a 180ºC durante un tiempo de entre 25 a 40 minutos, obteniéndose así un dulce con unas características organolépticas cuya principal característica es la de ser un producto hipoglucemiante.
