Abstract
Un procedimiento de fabricación de una hoja, en particular, para su uso como una tapa de hoja troquelada para envases, tales como tazas de polipropileno (PP), comprendiendo dicha hoja una hoja de poliéster transparente (PET) (4), caracterizado porque la hoja (2) se hace recubriendo la hoja de poliéster transparente (4), y se aplica una capa adicional (5) encima de la hoja de poliéster transparente (PET) (4) mediante la co-extrusión de una capa de poliolefina (5a) y una capa de polímero de PP (5b) para formar la hoja (2).
Claims (15)
- REIVINDICACIONES1. Un procedimiento de fabricación de una hoja, en particular, para su uso como una tapa de hoja troquelada para envases, tales como tazas de polipropileno (PP), comprendiendo dicha hoja una hoja de poliéster transparente (PET) (4), caracterizado porque la hoja (2) se hace recubriendo la hoja de poliéster transparente 5 (4), y se aplica una capa adicional (5) encima de la hoja de poliéster transparente (PET) (4) mediante la co-extrusión de una capa de poliolefina (5a) y una capa de polímero de PP (5b) para formar la hoja (2).
- 2. Un procedimiento de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la capa de poliolefina (5a) es una capa de PE (polietileno), preferentemente, en forma de un homo-polímero o un co-polímero de PE.
- 3. Un procedimiento de acuerdo a la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque la capa de poliolefina es un co-10 polímero de polietileno (PE), que contiene polipropileno (PP).
- 4. Un procedimiento de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, 2 o 3, caracterizado porque la co-extrusión de la capa de poliolefina/ capa de PE (5a), y la capa de polímero de PP (5b), encima de la hoja de poliéster transparente (PET) (4), se produce de modo que la capa de poliolefina (5a), tal como la capa de PE, se dispone entre la hoja de poliéster transparente (PET) (4) y la capa de polímero de PP (5b). 15
- 5. Un procedimiento de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque se aplica una capa de imprimación a la hoja de poliéster transparente (PET) antes de la aplicación de la capa de poliolefina co-extrudida (5a) y la capa de PP (5b).
- 6. Un procedimiento de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque la hoja de tapa troquelada (2) se suelda al envase (1), adhiriéndose dicha capa de PP (5b) al envase de PP (1). 20
- 7. Un procedimiento de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado porque a la hoja de PET (4) se da un espesor de entre 23 y 50 m, y porque a la capa co-extrudida (5) se da una cantidad de entre 8 y 20 g/m2, correspondiente a un espesor de entre 9 y 22 m.
- 8. Un procedimiento de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizado porque la hoja de PET (4) es extrudida, inmediatamente antes del recubrimiento con la capa co-extrudida (5), con una 25 capa de poliolefina (5a) y una capa de polímero de PP (5b).
- 9. Una hoja, que comprende una hoja de poliéster transparente (PET) (4), caracterizada porque la hoja de poliéster transparente (4) tiene aplicada a la misma una capa adicional (5) encima de la hoja de poliéster transparente (PET) (4), en forma de una capa co-extrudida de capa de poliolefina (5a) y una capa de polímero de PP (5b), para formar la hoja (2), estando dicha capa de poliolefina (5a) dispuesta entre la hoja de poliéster 30 transparente (PET) (4) y la capa de polímero de PP (5b).
- 10. Una hoja de acuerdo con la reivindicación 9, caracterizada porque la capa de poliolefina (5a) es una capa de polietileno (PE), preferentemente, en forma de un homo-polímero o un co-polímero de PE.
- 11. Una hoja de acuerdo con la reivindicación 10, caracterizada porque la capa de poliolefina es un co-polímero de polietileno (PE), que contiene polipropileno (PP). 35
- 12. Una hoja de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 9 a 11, caracterizada porque una capa de imprimación (6) está presente entre la hoja de PET (4) y la capa de poliolefina (5a).
- 13. Una hoja de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 9 a 12, caracterizada porque la hoja de PET (4) tiene un espesor de entre 23 y 50 m, y porque la capa co-extrudida (5) tiene un espesor de entre 8 y 20 g/cm2, correspondiente a un espesor de entre 9 y 22 m. 40
- 14. Una hoja de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 9 a 13, caracterizada porque la hoja está troquelada a una tapa para un envase (1).
- 15. Uso de la hoja de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 9 a 14, para ser soldada como tapa de un recipiente (1) de PP, caracterizado porque la hoja (2) está troquelada a la forma final de la tapa de hoja, antes de la soldadura al recipiente (1), estando dicha capa de hoja soldada al recipiente con la capa de PP (5b), que 45 consiste en una capa de soldadura, orientada hacia el recipiente (1), y porque la tapa, en una separación posterior del envase (1) por un tirón en la hoja (2), provoca que la capa de PE (5a) permanezca sobre la hoja de PET (4) y que la capa de PP (5b) permanezca sobre la taza de PP (3), según se deslaminan las capas de PE y PP (5a y 5b).50
