Abstract
1. Una prótesis vascular, en forma de un tubo flexible, que puede ser implantada en animales o seres humanos, en la que al menos una capa superficial exterior consiste en un material sintético blando con microdepresiones en la superficie externa del tubo, caracterizada porque la microdepresiones consisten en una distribución regular de orificios ciegos que son regulares con respecto a la dirección, dimensiones transversales y profundidad y están producidos por tratamiento con láser. 2. Una prótesis vascular, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque los orificios tienen una forma de sección transversal circular o elíptica. 3. Una prótesis vascular, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizada porque el material del tubo consiste en poliuretano con una dureza comprendida entre 20 y 25º Shore. 4. Una prótesis vascular, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada porque el diámetro de orificio está en el intervalo de 50 a 200/um, preferiblemente de unas100/um. 5. Una prótesis vascular, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque la separación entre orificios está comprendida en el intervalo de 9 a 16 orificios por milímetro cuadrado. 6. Una prótesis vascular, cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque el espesor del material entre el fondo de los orificios y el interior de la pared del tubo asciende al menos al 25 por 100 des espesor de pared preferiblemente del 30 al 35 por 100. 7. Una prótesis vascular, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada porque el espesor de pared del tubo es de 0,75 a 1 milímetro. 8.
